Robin Phillips is an attorney and the Executive Director of Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights.  Ms. Phillips has conducted fact-finding missions to document violations of women’s human rights in Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia, Poland, Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.  She has organized international conferences and trainings on human rights and NGO development issues and written on a variety of topics related to women’s human rights including trafficking in women, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and domestic violence. 

 

Loan Huynh is a Senior Associate in Fredrikson & Byron's Immigration group.  She practices exclusively in immigration and nationality law focusing on employment and family based immigration, naturalization, non-immigrant visas, deportation/removal litigation, consular processing, asylum, I-9 compliance and audits, and employer sanctions.  She has extensive experience in preparing foreign labor certification applications  (reduction in recruitment and traditional) and litigating immigration cases
