• $100.00 per hour with an hour minimum

FEE SCHEDULE FOR TRAINING 

Training fees will be determined based on the following criteria:

• hours of preparation time and follow-up required
• number of participants
• cost of materials
• length of training
• number of staff required to train
• cost of travel
• cost of meals and lodging where applicable
• other relevant factors

FEE WAIVERS

Presentation fees may be waived upon request. However, requestors may be asked to cover the minimum costs of:

• Mileage (at a rate of $0.55/mile)
• Airfare (where required)
• Parking
• Meals (where required)
• Lodging (where required)
