International Women's Day Conference

Human Rights Day
In December, The Advocates for Human Rights celebrates International Human Rights Day by holding an evening event. In 2008, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, The Advocates for Human Rights (celebrating its 25th year) and the Human Rights Center of the University of Minnesota (celebrating its 20th year) hosted a celebration of "Human Rights Heroism" around the world.
